Ammi majus & Scabiosa Blue Seeds

Ammi majus is one of our tallest hardy annuals with long strong stems, lacy white flower heads and dark green feathery foliage. It’s good for adding height to borders, for cut flower production and attracts pollinating insects too. Scabiosa is commonly called the Pincushion flower. But there is nothing common about this plant. It has tantalising buds, glamorous blue flowers followed by amazing seed heads. What's more it is easy to grow and produces masses of flowers for cutting. The more blooms you cut the more you get.
Sow outdoors in spring for flowers this summer then sow again in autumn. An autumn sowing will produce earlier flowers the following year. Both Ammi and Scabious are Perfect for Pollinators.
