Seeds to sow in May.

There are lots of lovely Hardy Annual Seeds to sow in April. They are beautiful in your garden, excellent for wildlife and brilliant for cut flowers too.

May is the month to sow Half Hardy Annuals too.  Cosmos Antirrhinum (Snapdragons) Rudbeckia and Cleome can all be sown now.

Masses of elegant blue double flower spikes on long branching stems and feathery foliage. Sow in spring for summer flowers and again in autumn. From an autumn sowing Larkspur produces sturdy plants and early flowers the following year.

Annual Larkspur are extremely hardy... they are classic country garden plants. Their dramatic flowers are good in your borders, for cut flowers and for drying to make confetti too. If you love Delphiniums then you'll love these! Larkspur are annual Delphiniums.

Planting CombinationsLarkspur is one of the best annual flowers you can grow. You will be amazed at how gorgeous these flowers are and how talented you are for growing them! They grow particularly well with Dark Blue Larkspur and airy fillers such as Ammi and Dill.
