NEWS   February 2019

Woo Hoo! It’s officially late winter which must mean it’s coming to an end soon. If you are itching to get cracking with growing flowers again then you’ll probably be pleased to know that February is a great time to start sowing seeds. Many seasoned gardeners treat February 14th as the start of the seed sowing year.

Seeds to sow in February.

There are lots of lovely Hardy Annual Seeds to sow in February. They are beautiful in your garden, excellent for wildlife and brilliant for cut flowers too.

There are some Half Hardy Annuals that benefit from early sowing too. Climbing Cobaea, Antirrhinum (Snapdragons) Rudbeckia and Cleome can all be sown under cover now.
